  • “I wanted to let you know that of any of the times we have had our marble done – Your technician's job this go round was amazing. One of our taps set into the marble left a major scratch in the surface long ago when some work was done and the tap reset. It has built up some lime residue around the base and as a consequence I have never been able to get rid of either the scratch or etching. It also was never able to be removed during any other year of having the marble redone. So while I have always been happy with the results of Novello’s work – this year I can easily say I am thrilled!"
